2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the 30-day return window by emailing support@flux-node.xyz.
  • Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
  • Please do not send back products without prior approval and instructions from us.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

  • For returns due to defects, errors, or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to return items, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes on returned items are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
